天津市橡陸橡膠機帶有限公司較新引進(jìn)的自動(dòng)化硫化設備，已經(jīng)申請了實(shí)用新型*（*號）：ZL . 2016 2 1409883.2。該設備具有運輸輕便、組裝簡(jiǎn)便、降溫快速、硫化時(shí)間短等特點(diǎn)。該設備采用了橡膠高壓水袋加壓，加熱測溫一體插座，水冷卻加熱一體板，可移動(dòng)式電動(dòng)打壓泵。我公司在輸送帶接頭硫化機的設計和制造理念上借鑒歐、美、日等公司產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，結合國內用戶(hù)現場(chǎng)實(shí)際使用情況，經(jīng)過(guò)獨特的技術(shù)創(chuàng )新，設計制造了新型輸送帶快速接頭硫化機，解決了硫化機笨重，壓力不均，接頭時(shí)間長(cháng)等難題。

主要設備特點(diǎn)：
1、加壓：采用了*上先進(jìn)的膠囊加壓技術(shù)，主要部件輕，加壓均勻。

5、加壓杠：優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁型材經(jīng)過(guò)特殊加工設計處理，耐壓強度高，搬運輕便，鋁杠外側中間部位沒(méi)有方孔，不會(huì )破壞鋁杠強度

6、螺栓：特種鋼制內置式螺栓，螺栓上下端部露出加壓杠頂面，上下各有一方形螺母卡在加壓杠內。

7、溫度采用智能表PID控制， 一智能表控制一塊加熱板，一個(gè)控制箱控制一對加熱板，數字顯示器顯示預先設
定的硫化溫度和實(shí)時(shí)溫度。溫控箱裝有計時(shí)器，可以準確控制溫度和時(shí)間。溫控箱并具備良好的絕緣性，
實(shí)現自動(dòng)控制或手動(dòng)控制。集成式硫化板電纜，耐磨，防震，防電擊。主要部件采用德國西門(mén)子進(jìn)口元件。
